Deck builder Coorparoo

Decking work in Coorparoo

Coorparoo is an inner southeast suburb with a mix of Queenslanders, postwar homes and newer apartments around the Old Cleveland Road shops.

Queenslanders in Coorparoo are often raised, so a deck off the back of the house is usually elevated with stairs to the yard. Matching hardwood and detailing to the original verandah keeps the character of the home.

Postwar homes in Coorparoo often sit a little off the ground with a small back landing. Replacing that with a wider deck at floor level is one of the most popular upgrades we quote.

Townhouses in Coorparoo usually have small courtyards where a compact deck makes the space far more usable. Body corporate approval may be needed first.
